Praying for the nation and the sick....
I exhort first of
all that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks be
made for all men, for kings and all who are in authority, that we may
lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and reverence. For this
good and acceptable in the sight of God our saviour, who desires all men
to be saved. (1Tim 2:1- 4).
I desire therefore
that the men pray everywhere, lifting up holy hands, without wrath and
doubting. (1Tim 2:8)
They are some
things will not change until we pray.

things will not change until we Preach.
In return for my
love they are my accusers, but I give myself to prayer.

He (Jesus) went
out to the mountain to pray and continued all night in prayer to God.
However, this kind does not go out except by prayer and fasting (Matt
17:21)
The twenty-four
elders fell down before the Lamb, each having a harp, and golden bowls
full of incense, which are the prayers of the saints.

He (Those)
who has My commandments and keeps them, it is he (Those)
who loves Me. And he (Those) who loves Me will be loved by
My Father, and I will love him (them) and Manifest Myself
to him (them). (John 14: 21)
Abide in Me,
and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, unless it
abides in the vine, neither can you unless you abide in Me. (John 15:
4)
Every branch in
Me that does not bear fruit He (The Father) takes away;
and every branch that bears fruit He (The Father) prunes, that
it may bear more fruit. (John 15: 2)
The harvest truly
is plentiful, but the labourers are few. Therefore pray the Lord of the
harvest to send out labourers into His harvest. (Matt 9: 37)

The Lord has need of you. God wants His people to come
